Accommodations

Board through either port or starboard side gate or at the transom door. The varnished rails and teak decks will be evident as are the wide and covered side decks. The covered aft deck cabin area provides a delightful seating and lounge area and a platform for the toys aboard. There is a beautiful dive tank storage unit here for up to 3 tanks.

There is comfortable flybridge access here which is protected, easy, and includes numerous handholds.  This area is covered by a first class bimini cover fore and aft of the dual hinged radar arch.  There is copious bench seating facing forward, a serving bar and fridge, and room for additional deck chairs which can also be cleverly stowed in their own sacks on this deck. The Bullfrog tender is kept here when not deployed by the davit.

Back at main deck level step inside through any of the three access doors into the main living area where your senses will again be delighted. Light, open, modern & sleek, yet bathed in solid wood surfaces. The floors are Teak and Wenge wood, some in 16’ lengths so that there are no joins in this solid hand-hewn floor. The table and selected surfaces are dressed a stunning burl wood. The galley counter in Avonite blue with built in splash guards and color matched with the Ultraleather fabric in the L-settee. There are new shades and wall sconces. All appliances were replaced by current owners.

The helm chair is forward to starboard with excellent visibility and deck access. The Garmin instrument suite is impressive with full instrumentation at both helms  

Stepping forward you will encounter of the forward stateroom which has excellent 8’ height , twin berths with custom Manatee monogrammed bedding, a large hanging cedar lined hanging closet to starboard. There is superlative ventilation via the 4 opening portlights and overhead hatch. Just aft to port is the  Captain’s Command Center for the yacht. All the vessel monitoring is here along with a desk, computer access ports, shelving and the doorway into the engine room which is aft. Across the hall is the head and stall shower, elegantly appointed with Corian shower and glass door.

From the main salon one would step aft into the master salon. The island queen bed takes pride of place and is flanked by elegant teak lockers and storage drawers.  To port is the head with wash basin.  To starboard is the full shower compartment with a second wash basin.  The master stateroom is light filled and all surfaces are covered with the best quality materials.    

During her 10 year refit, the owners of "Manatee" lavished care on every possible surface and area of this magnificent yacht.  This vessel must be seen to be appreciated.
