1995 Fleming 55 Pilothouse

LADY SABABA has been lavished with care by her current owners. Every system and structure has been reviewed and updated as needed so that the vessel is entirely ready for Pacific Northwest cruising. Updates include teak decks serviced and renewed, non-skid foredeck and Portuguese bridge. The soft goods throughout are replaced or professionally cleaned including new Ultraleather in salon and pilothouse, new Stidd helm chair in black Ultraleather, new Sunbrella cushions at foredeck and flybridge.

All the through hulls and portlights have been removed, lubricated, and reinstalled. A new Furuno TZ system features twin 14” screens at lower helm and 12” at upper. There are two Simrad autopilots and twin ICOM VHFs/AIS system with updated Nobletec license to make navigation a breeze. The boat deck features a new Highfield Tender 360 with an upgraded 800# davit and new canvas throughout this space. The stabilizers were serviced, and new seals installed this spring. The vessel carries 400’ of chain, ensuring a good night sleep for her owners. Her bottom and machinery all recently serviced in the fall of 2024.

The galley boasts a new induction cooktop, dishwasher, single large black sink with disposal. Side-by-side home-size fridge freezer with a separate ice maker in the salon. There is also both a washer and a dryer, for easy of housekeeping. LADY SABABA is well-equipped and extensively cruised by knowledgeable Northwest owners. Accommodations

Enter salon through double sliding doors, spacious salon includes storage unit with drawers on port, L-shaped couch and hi-lo table which folds out to dining size. To starboard is entertainment center with 20” TV, DVD, stereo, storage. Two Rattan chairs, forward of that is full size refrigerator/freezer. Galley is to port. The salon headliner was replaced. there are new Ultraleather cushions in salon and pilothouse and new Sunbrella in cockpit and flybridge.

Down three steps to companionway, guest cabin on starboard side includes slide-away upper and extra long lower berth, hardware, portlight, hanging locker and drawer space. Two large single berths are in the port cabin which also has mirror, portlights, hanging locker and drawer storage. Guest head is on starboard side and includes sink, vanity, mirror, portlight, head, and stall shower, stacked washer/dryer is located in companionway. Mattresses throughout all three staterooms are new. Carpet professionally cleaned, most recently in 2024.

Master stateroom is forward with queen island berth with storage below, his/hers hanging lockers, drawers. Master head is on port side of stateroom and includes sink, vanity, mirror, portlight in stall shower, and head.

Interior is nicely decorated and features carpeting, teak/holly soles throughout, teak wall lights in salon and pilothouse, teak valances and trim, with recessed teak mini blinds. All lighting is LED throughout.

Galley

The galley aboard Lady Sababa is well equipped for shipboard life. The induction cooktop has very low power needs and provides and fast cooking experience. The galley has been updated with large single black sink equipped with a garbage disposal and single lever faucetry. There is a Bosch dishwasher below counter, and through-door ice and water at the modern, home size refrigerator/freezer, plus a separate U-line ice maker just aft in the salon. The high-low salon table and comfortable Ultraleather L-settee is ideal for serving cocktails for 10 or dinner for 6. There is copious counter and storage cabinets in the salon and galley for provisions, ships stores, games, and boat equipment.
