"WHY KNOT" is a stunning yacht that has been highly maintained and in excellent condition. Sleeping accommodations for 7 in three separate staterooms, all with custom mattresses, carpet with sounddown insulation throughout to keep boat warm and quiet.
Master stateroom is forward and features a queen island bed with memory foam, private head and separate stall shower, Corian countertop and medicine cabinet. There are two guest staterooms on each side of the passageway forward. The starboard stateroom has upper and lower berths with the top bunk folding away. The port stateroom has twin single berths and an upper pull-out berth. Great storage in all staterooms plus lighting in lockers. Guests have access to a separate head w/stall shower.
The main salon features a built-in Gruner freezer/refrigerator and an L-shaped settee with a teak Hi-Lo table and 2 side chairs on the port side and an entertainment center and storage to starboard. The galley is forward on port side with Corian countertops, double Euro sinks, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer/icemaker on starboard.
Steps on starboard lead up to the stunning pilothouse, featuring a Stidd helm seat, L-shaped settee, port & starboard opening sliding doors to the deck and steps leading to the flybridge deck.
Webasto HBW2020 diesel fired hot water type heating throughout the vessel will keep the vessel dry and warm, comfortable, for extended time cruising and living aboard, along with watermaker, freshwater flush heads, 2 gen sets, full electronics, Aqua Pro RIB tender runabout. Turn-key ready!
The galley is beautiful, bright, and very workable with Corian counters, lots of storage, and deep double Euro sinks.
