Walkthrough

The 48’ Altus is a more modern and much improved upon version of the longtime sedan that has been produced by Alexander Marine. Entering the vessel from either the large swim large platforms transom gate or the port and starboard side gates (noted improvement) to a spacious cockpit. Accessing the salon via the outward opening door that is just port of the integrated fiberglass stairs leading to the flybridge to open the salon with large windows you will find a large leather curved settee on the portside with coffee table.  Across is the entertainment center with newly installed 43" LED TV. Through-out the vessel you will appreciate the beautiful rich teak joinery and high-gloss varnish finish as well as the Granite counters in the galley and heads.  Forward on starboard is the preferred dinette and on port up two steps is the U-shape galley.

Continuing forward and down 6 steps into the companionway and on port aft is the guest cabin with queen berth and the starboard guest cabin with single bunks; there is also a full head and shower on starboard; returning to the companionway and continuing forward is the master stateroom with island queen berth and owners full head with separate stall shower. All stateroom mattresses replaced (11/15). Vessel is held in Sole Asset LLC.
