Fleming After Sale Support
Chuck Hovey Yachts commissions, outfits and delivers our new Fleming yachts at either of our offices. Our service managers ensure that the offload, commissioning, and outfitting process is efficient and that the local installed options are completed promptly and to the highest levels.
After the delivery of any new fleming, Chuck Hovey Yachts will take the new owners through a comprehensive five-day after-sales training program. Each segment may take longer or shorter depending on the boat owner. These orientations include:
- Day 1: Onboard Domestic Systems, Emergency Systems, and Pilothouse
- Day 2 and 3: Engine Room
- Day 4: Getting Underway, Safety and Emergency
- Day 5: Anchoring, Dinghy Launch, Engine Room Check, Care and Maintenance
During the vessel orientation process, you are completely checked out on the boat systems and handling, ensuring that you are familiar with the yacht and comfortable to begin cruising with confidence. During the vessel shake-down and warranty support period, we ask that the boat cruise in our geographical regions which encompass the entire western United States including the Pacific Northwest, California, Texas, and Mexico.
